Hi friends,MICROSOFT-WORD allows us toeasily add text annotations to your document.an annotation is a note or a special instruction that is added along with the document.
MICROSOFT-WORD2003 offers you an option to add annotations in the form of audio file.this file may be prerecoarded file,or a new recording.
here is i m gonna show you how to easily add a voice annotation ,by recording it.
just give me a favour:
position the cursoraccordingly.
click on the insert menu.
select the object.
now click on the create new tab in the object dialog box.
from the object type list,select "wave sound" & click ok.
the microsoft sound recorder automatically opens.
just click on the record button for start recording your voice annotation.
for stop the recording click on stop button.
thats it.you have done it.
